I love shopping at local boutiques! Specially here in Dallas because boutiques truly are hidden gems in a big retail market.
I came across BEAT*NIK Fine Goods boutique while strolling through the Bishops Arts District. I was captivated by their unique window display and all the baby clothes! I immediately walked straight into these moccasins and just about lost my breathe! A little much, yes, I know, but my love for moccasins is so real and these had fur on them!!
Truly I think if the baby moccasins for adults in the styles they make for babies I would wear them nonstop. The owner of BeatNik boutique was there and told me these moccasins were made in Morocco. I was all the more interested. During my time in Israel I met a lot of people from Morocco. I know it’s kind of a stretch but I felt a connection to the other side of the world.
I figured they were going to be super expensive because of how unique they are and because they were imported but they were actually less than the Freshly Picked Moccasins, which I totally love. When Lindsey told me they were only $44.00 I said PUT THEM IN THE BAG!
She carried a variety of baby sizes. I went with the 18-24 month pair because I really want Harmon to walk in these! It was super hard not get the smaller size because of how stinking cute they are, but I opted for bigger so he can wear them longer and hopefully keep them on.
If you are in the Dallas area and looking for super unique and bohemian finds check this place out! I will definitely be back once I get back to my normal size …. or close to it!
